Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PeakPik processes personal data for accounts, predictions, rankings, paid Lackey draw packs and platform security.

Data controller

PeakPik is operated by Exceyland Software, declared by the publisher as a micro-enterprise.

Personal data requests can be sent to peakpik.onion528@slmails.com.

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed. This email is the contact point for privacy requests.

Data collected

PeakPik collects only the data needed to operate the platform, secure accounts, run prediction gameplay, process paid Lackey draw packs and answer user requests.

  • Account data: email address, username, language preference, authentication data, Discord login data when used, avatar and profile settings.
  • Gameplay data: predictions, scores, rankings, Neons, Lackeys, companies, mods, sessions, rewards and related activity.
  • Payment data: Stripe checkout identifiers, purchase status, purchased draw packs, amount, currency and delivery status. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored by PeakPik.
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, security logs, cookies, local storage preferences, Google reCAPTCHA verification data and media storage references.

Purposes and legal bases

Account, gameplay and paid-feature data is processed to perform the service requested by the user.

Security logs, anti-abuse checks, technical diagnostics and fraud prevention rely on PeakPik's legitimate interest in keeping the platform stable and fair.

Payment and accounting records may be kept to comply with legal obligations.

Optional consent-based services, such as non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, are not used at this stage.

Recipients and third-party services

Data may be shared only with providers needed to operate PeakPik: IONOS for hosting, Cloudflare for image storage, Stripe for payments, Discord for Discord login, Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention, and Steam public data services for gameplay context.

Some providers may process data outside the European Union under their own compliance mechanisms. PeakPik does not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and gameplay data is kept while the account remains active, unless deletion is requested and no legal or security reason requires retention.

Payment and purchase records are kept for the period required by accounting, tax, dispute and anti-fraud obligations.

Technical logs are kept for a limited period needed for security, debugging and abuse prevention.

User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by contacting peakpik.onion528@slmails.com.

Users may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL if they believe their personal data rights are not respected.

Cookies and local storage

PeakPik uses cookies and browser storage for essential purposes: authentication, language choice, interface preferences, local cache and security.

PeakPik does not currently use advertising cookies or marketing analytics cookies. If such tools are added, the privacy policy and consent flow must be updated first.
