At this stage, PeakPik only sells paid Lackey draw packs as one-time digital purchases.

Subscriptions may be added later, but they are not part of the current paid offer or these current sale conditions unless the page is updated.

Paid purchases are reserved to users aged 18 or older.

Because Lackey draw packs include a random draw mechanic, minors must not purchase them.

The price, currency, taxes where applicable and content of each draw pack are shown before checkout.

Prices are displayed and charged in euros. For users with a payment method in another currency, any currency conversion is handled by their bank or payment provider according to their own rates and fees.

Payments are processed by Stripe. PeakPik does not store full card numbers.

Each validated Stripe checkout is treated as a separate purchase. If a user intentionally buys two packs, both purchases are credited separately.

Purchased Lackey draw packs are delivered automatically and immediately to the user account linked to the payment session after Stripe confirms payment.

If a confirmed purchase is not credited, PeakPik will verify the payment internally. If the missing credit is confirmed, the corresponding draws will be credited to the user account.

Once a digital draw pack has been paid for and delivered, PeakPik does not provide a refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

The remedy for a confirmed non-delivery is the crediting of the paid draws, not a cash refund.

Paid virtual items cannot be exchanged for money, transferred outside PeakPik or cashed out.

Paid draw packs do not allow users to bet real money on Steam player counts.

Rewards, Lackeys, Neons and other virtual items obtained on PeakPik have no cash value and cannot generate real-money winnings.

No consumer mediator has been designated at this stage.

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, disputes may fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Versailles area.
