PeakPik is a Steam player-activity prediction platform. Users make predictions about player peaks, live variations and related game signals.

PeakPik is a prediction and accuracy game. It is not a real-money betting, gambling, investment or financial-return product.

The service is intended for users aged 16 or older.

Paid purchases, including Lackey draw packs, are reserved to users aged 18 or older. Minors must not purchase paid draw packs.

Users are responsible for keeping their account secure and for all actions performed from their account.

PeakPik may suspend or restrict an account in case of fraud, abuse, automated misuse, security bypass, harassment, result manipulation or illegal activity.

Predictions must be submitted before the applicable lock time. Scores and rankings depend on data collected or calculated by PeakPik from Steam activity and configured gameplay systems.

PeakPik may correct, cancel or recalculate predictions, rewards, rankings or virtual balances when a technical incident, data issue or abuse is confirmed.

Neons, Lackeys, mods, company assets, rankings and similar elements are virtual gameplay items.

They have no monetary value, cannot be sold or exchanged for real money and do not represent a financial asset.

PeakPik may modify, rebalance, pause or discontinue features when needed for gameplay, security, legal, technical or operational reasons.

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages or unexpected incidents.

PeakPik's interface, code, texts, visual assets and original gameplay systems are protected unless otherwise stated.

Steam, Discord, Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, IONOS, game names, game images and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
